Admission Process
Fee Structure
City Prep School is open for admissions to Nursery, Junior Kg, Senior Kg and City International School to classes from Std I onwards. The admission of the student is subject to the availability of seats and as per the criteria laid down by the School. Those parents seeking admission can contact the School office between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on any working day.

Parents please note that the admission made provisionally without submission of authentic documents will be treated as cancelled if the necessary documents are not submitted within 15 days from the date of provisional admission. For fresh admission Nursery to Std I parent must bring the original Birth Certificate issued by the municipal corporation & (Class II and above) parent must bring the original School Leaving Certificate of the child from the recognized school duly counter signed by the competent authority along with the progress report.

Physical presence of the child is compulsory at the time of Regular / Provisional Admission. Students coming from outside India must bring a School Leaving Certificate & entire details of their standard previously passed and exam details. The school will decide their equivalent level with Indian standard.

Admission Co-coordinator Talks to the parent regarding school, fees details & queries of the parents. The relevant document are checked, if documents are up to the mark then admission form will be issued. For the admission of higher class, students have to give an entrance exam.

When the parent submits the admission form with the relevant documents, then it is thoroughly checked & then a fee is collected.
Every parent is requested to pay the fees as directed at the time of admission. The fee may be increased as per escalation without any prior notice for the ongoing academic year.
The minimum age required to admit a child in various classes is as follows:
  3 + years by September 30th  of the Academic year
Junior KG
  4 + years by September 30th  of the Academic year
Senior KG
  5 + years by September 30th  of the Academic year
Class I
  6 + years by September 30th  of the Academic year
2nd Onwards
  Only on the basis of the School Leaving Certificate of the previous school
Parents/Guardians wishing to withdraw their children are required to put in their application 30 days in advance in the school office. Students leaving in the month of April must pay the fee for May Also. No refund of school fee will be made under any circumstances. The school leaving certificate will not be issued until all dues are cleared.
